          1.)  New articles only.   The owner wishes to give this group a fresh start leaving old Newsvine stuff behind.

          2.)  Clipping.  Under the present Newsvine, only the owner and admin of this nation may clip articles to the nation.

          3.)  Article Linking.  As a rule Newsvine frowns on linking to your own articles.  So, try to keep linking down to a minimum.  If you are running an instructional series, I don't see any harm in linking to those articles.

         4.)  This owner wishes this nation to truly be used for learning and sightseeing and not used for marketing purposes only.  To reach that goal...

                     a.)  One article per person per day

                     b.)  One instructional article per person per week.

          5.)  "Innovations Wednesday".   Wednesday is now known as "Innovations Wednesday" for the ARTgallery-Innovations nation.  (Thanks to Ben Josephs-owner of Newsvine Photographers nation for the special day & stamp idea.)  This is the day to post instructional articles.  The "Innovations Wednesday" stamp above is to place on any instructional articles you might post.

          7.)  Posting comments no matter when it is in the nation owner's articles is just fine.  If you find instructional articles six months from now and want to comment or ask questions, feel free to do so.  For that matter, if you find any of the nation owner's articles no matter what year it is -please do not hesitate to comment.

        Since this nation has the potential of becoming overwhelming in size and participation, it is important that the rules are followed.  Any viner who chooses to continuously overstep their bounds on the nation's Article Posting rules, as much as I would not like doing it, removal of infringing articles, without notice, from the nation will occur.
